Work details
- Assist company risk management company to identify, assess, document, manage and monitor risks faced by the organization.
- Ensure alignment between enterprise risk and the organization’s long-term goals.
- Prepare and present management reports to senior management and stakeholders on the organization’s enterprise risk performance
- Prepare and conduct risk management-related training workshops and/or activities
- Assist departments to review their business continuity plans to ensure relevance
- Prepare and conduct business recovery exercises to validate the recovery strategies in the organization’s business continuity plans
- Prepare and conduct business continuity-related training workshops and/or activities
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic/corporate planning activities
- Facilitate strategic planning and ensure alignment of long-term strategic plans and annual departmental work plans
- Conduct regular performance monitoring and prepare management reports to update senior management on organizational and department-level performance indicators
- Other tasks as assigned

- Membantu manajemen risiko perusahaan perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, mendokumentasikan, mengelola dan memantau risiko yang dihadapi oleh organisasi.
- Memastikan keselarasan antara risiko perusahaan dan tujuan jangka panjang organisasi.
- Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan manajemen kepada manajemen senior dan petinggi tentang kinerja risiko perusahaan organisasi
- Mempersiapkan dan menyelenggarakan lokakarya dan/atau kegiatan pelatihan terkait manajemen risiko
- Membantu departemen untuk meninjau rencana kelangsungan bisnis mereka untuk memastikan relevansinya
- Mempersiapkan dan melakukan latihan pemulihan bisnis untuk memvalidasi strategi pemulihan dalam rencana kelangsungan bisnis organisasi
- Mempersiapkan dan menyelenggarakan lokakarya dan/atau kegiatan pelatihan terkait kesinambungan bisnis
- Membantu dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan perencanaan strategis/perusahaan
- Memfasilitasi perencanaan strategis dan memastikan keselarasan rencana strategis jangka panjang dan rencana kerja departemen tahunan
- Melakukan pemantauan kinerja secara berkala dan menyiapkan laporan manajemen untuk memperbarui manajemen senior tentang indikator kinerja tingkat organisasi dan departemen
- Tugas lain yang terkait
・Possess Bachelor's degree in any discipline
・3-5 years of risk management and/or business continuity, and corporate planning experience
