Junior Security Engineer

[Job Description]
• Provide assistance, support and professional opinion to resolve customer complaint immediately to meet customer satisfaction & improvement based on CS survey feedback to meet customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support in DR system within range time to achieve SLA/RPO/RTO,and data to SM regarding product/service defect to maintain the SLA/OLA/SLT/RPO/RTO 
• Support by providing & preparing all valid data & information required to conduct sizing & scoping activity in IT Security service area to ensure that the service performance achievements meet
• Perform corrective action in low priority as planned and defined by IT Security Manager to achieve excellent service quality
• Provide support to identify problem to improve the service product and for change assessment and evaluation to respond the customer's request
• Conduct development and testing to ensure the quality of deliver, release planning, deployment, and evaluation in order to ensure the quality of delivers
•Provide support for SIP Proposal to improve the current service
•Conduct service improvement implementation to improve the current service
•Support, Provide and Operate implementation and verification of backup methodology solution in regular basis in order to achieve SLA




[Skill and Experience]
• Minimum experience 1 years in infrastructure service as network engineer
• Experience in maintaining Symantec Antivirus, Encryption
• Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and conducting preventive action
• Experience in integration of server and network
• Experience in monitoring, maintaining, & troubleshooting of antivirus, encryption, & WSUS 
• Preferable having experience in System  infrastructure project 
•Have MCITP (Server Administrator, Ms-Exchange, Active Directory) and/or other similar certifications
• Good in relationship with customers
• Good Communication English (Speak & Writing)
• Have a good leadership
• Willing to work long hours




[Remuneration]
- Gross Basic Monthly Salary: Rp 9,000,000 - 10,000,000 (Negotiable)
- Meal & Transportation included in basic salary
- THR and Medical Reimbursement
