Sales Project Manager (LED Division)

[Job Description]
·Maintain the good relationship among the existing Clients 
·Explain about the product including giving the technical advise to the Clients.
·Negotiating tender and contract terms
·Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
·Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
·To enhance the activity to compete witht the competitor
·Leads team to achieve division and company goals while adhering to company guidelines and policies
·To review employee's performance appraisal 
·To motivate subordinate and staff

[Skill and Experience]
• At least  5 year(s) or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Project
• Possess strong knowledge in LED product .
• Having working experience background from  similar industry especially LED
• Used to Deal with contractor, consultant, owner, etc 
• Good English communication skills.
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Computer literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel and Ms.Power Point)
• Good people handling skill and enjoy meet people
