QC Supervisor - Manufacturing

- Make plans and supervise Dept.QA\QC activities
- Collect, process, and analyze data related to Dept.QA\QC activities
- Responsible for customer complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with related departments in analyzing customer complaints and standardizing decision results based on SOPs
- Supervise the implementation of measuring instrument calibration.
- Create weekly, monthly, and annual quality reports.
- Controlling the progress of New Projects, Modifications, and Product Development with the team.
- Responsible for training needs of QA/QC members in order to increase employee qualifications.
- Ensure all processes run according to SOP

・Possess min Diploma from any major
・Having minimum 5 year as QA/QC SPV in manufacturing industry
・Hold SIM A & C
