- Make business plan for developing new businesses.
- Build strong relationship with potential partners.
- Maintain, update, and report the timeline of developing new businesses.
- Monitor the reconciliation and claim handling process and conduct necessary troubleshoot if there is any issue.
- Monitor helpdesk team and conduct necessary troubleshoot if there is any issue.
- Create and update the procedure in internal Division.
- Understand and update the topology of existing system and infrastructure.
- Create and update User Requirement.
