After-Sales Engineer

Job Description :

1. To fix installation conditions and schedule with Clients and PTDI colleagues
2. Supervising to our subcontractors for PTDI installation and preventive maintenance activities
3. Installation, System commissioning, operation training, On-Site-Support and After-Sales-Activities
4. To prepare KAIZEN report for safety, effective field engineering and customer satisfactions
5. Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily/weekly/monthly installation schedule; investigating
complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
6. Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing
installation; performing acceptance tests.
7. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and
techniques; recommending system improvements.
8. Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining
supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
9. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
10. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
11. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
12. Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements :

1. Fresh Graduate are welcome
2. If experienced, min 1 year experience as Site Engineer/After-Sales Engineer/System Commisioning for automated machine.
3. Willing to visit customer site (Jabotabek), Karawang, Surabaya, or other places in Indonesia

Preferable :

1. Can speak Japanese/Chinese
2. Working in Japanese company
