Work details
- Receiving incoming invoice from vendor/supplier and prepare the payment slip
- Supporting the process in accounting and finance cycle, such as, bookkeeping record, prepare payment, checking receiving and control the AR aging
- Supporting in filing accounting, finance, and tax documentations
- Preparing the documentation related to any company guest (working permit, hotel/restaurant/transport booking, etc).
- Other duties as assigned.

- Mendukung proses dalam siklus akuntansi dan keuangan, seperti pencatatan pembukuan, menyiapkan pembayaran, memeriksa penerimaan dan mengontrol umur AR
- Membantu pengarsipan dokumentasi akuntansi, keuangan, dan pajak
- Mempersiapkan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan tamu perusahaan (izin kerja, pemesanan hotel/restoran/transportasi, dll).
- Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan.
- Min. Bachelor degree from any field
- Fresh Graduate or 2 years of experience as Accounting Staff.
- Business English proficiency.
