Production Supervisor

[Job Description]
The production supervisor is in charge of the delivery and quality of the product. 


He / She cooperates with the production merchandisers to make sure products conform to company standards of qualities. 


He / She also works with the suppliers to oversee production to keep delivery and quality agreed. 


He / She also build up the good relationship with factory managers with exchange of the plan of improvement of the operation.


This position can be promoted to Production Merchandiser at Headquarter company after good outcome.


 


Production supervisors need to update themselves on production capability of law materials, fabrics and manufacturing to provide the updated information to HQ. They build up the good relationship with all the supply chain to manufacture the product with efficiency to keep the promised delivery. 


Another aspect of the production supervisors’ responsibility is the quality of the product. 


They make sure all outgoing products pass company standards and that the products meet customer satisfaction.

[Skill and Experience]

At least three year’s related experience and/or training in an apparel or manufacturing company are required.


 


Knowledge of apparel merchandising, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills are necessary to be a good production supervisor.


Frequent communication in English is necessary
