Assistant Project Manager

Job description :

Handle both, mechanical (HVAC) and electrical
Controlling the works of Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer
Attend meeting on site
discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers
Communicating with design team and reviewing drawings
Preparing budgets and estimates
Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and owners
Conducting project meetings on site
Developing, managing & enforcing construction schedule

Requirements :

Good knowledge of Electrical installation and wiring system
Good Knowledge in HVAC system
Good practical ability in electrical and mechanical problem solving
Good in computer literate is a must
Good in English, both oral and written
Able to work in team as well as work independently
Willing to be placed in any project sites (Surabaya, Tarakan)
Experienced in Mechanical and Electrical installation for high rise building and manufacture
Good knowledge of Chiller, Air Conditioning and Boiler is an advantage.
