<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control warehouse, planning/scheduling, logistics, shipping and operations.
- Determine space requirements for storage and schedules delivery and distribution of products, parts, and accessories.
- Ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories.
- Coordinate the design and implementation of surveys, revised procedures, and facility changes.
- Support the selection of sites for plants, shipping centers, pool points, and warehouses.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving and/or surplus stock.
- Develop raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules.
- Plan and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production.
- Assign target from start for manufacturing or processing operations.
- Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
- Perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices.
- Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials.
- Plan, schedule, and route inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments of freight.
- Schedule with carrier, reconcile freight bills, prepare and negotiate claims, and select or recommend carriers to ensure efficient, timely, and least expensive movement of goods and material.
- Conduct research on transportation methods, rates, and routes.
- Develop programs to audit and monitor carrier rates and charges.
- Support the negotiation for transportation rates in accordance to company guidelines and standards.
- Ensure carriers are notified for freight pick-up and that the freight is routed properly.
- Lead cross-functional team on projects, manage a large multi function program.
- Manage in Enterprise Lean Sigma process.
- Develop, analyze and manage SML (Supply Chain Material & Logistic) expenses.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Develop and execute appropriate business plans/multi-generation SML plans to identify trends, opportunities for marketplace advantage and new ideas for products, processes and services.
- Develop SML Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures (OGSM) for assigned areas and confirm linkage to global business strategies.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency (able to coordinate with regional management fluently)
・Min. 2 years as SCM/Operation Manager handling Warehouse & Logistic & Purchasing & EXIM in garment manufacture company
・Experienced in managing area purchasing, managing daily operational needs, scheduling, planning, budget control, ELS operating principle
・Proven experience in designing and implementing operation improvement strategies including for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services
・Excellent leadership and management skill, good strategical thinking, smart, good communication, good interpersonal skill
