◆Understanding company's direction related production and quality
◆Finding the issues to make solution and making plan for project to improve as solution
◆Communicate with each factory manager/QC/Manufacturing division and find problems and solutions. Urge KAIZEN
◆Visiting factory (PALEMBANG&JAMBI) for 1-2 weeks per 1 month * At beginning, to understand products and factory, need to stay at Sumatra for 2-3 months for training
◆Report to Japanese
◆Other related tasks as assigned

・At least 5 years experience as Production engineering or production more than assistant manager level in Japanese Manufacturing company (Understanding 5S, ISO, Kaizen project)
・Who willing to do business trip to Sumatra for 2 weeks per month
・Business level English
