◆Making Purchase order& order confirmation(manual & system)
◆Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery
◆Prepare documents for Invoice
◆Checking export and imports documents, prepare shipping documents
◆Check Invoice from vendor and send to customer
◆Report to Japanese branch and Internal sales staff
◆Other related tasks as assigned

◆Membuat pesanan pembelian & konfirmasi pesanan (manual & sistem)
◆Membuat Jadwal pengiriman, lembar pengiriman formulir, mengikuti proses pengiriman
◆Mempersiapkan dokumen untuk Faktur
◆Memeriksa dokumen ekspor dan impor, menyiapkan dokumen pengiriman
◆Memeriksa Faktur dari vendor dan mengirimkannya ke pelanggan
◆Melaporkan ke cabang Jepang dan staf penjualan internal
◆Tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskan
◆Experience as sales support staff minimum 2 years
◆Japanese N3 level
◆Who can attend face to face interview on November
