<Job Responsibilities>
- Accounts payable recording and tracking (late payment monitoring and countermeasure implementation)
- Other debt management (advance payments, provisional payments)
- Responsible for taxation calculations and application and payments for such as PPh22, 23,26,42 according to the law
- Responsible for inventory management to the accounting purpose
- Planning and conducting regular physical inventory
- Maintaining systems and processes to ensure inventory accuracy and timeliness.

- Pencatatan dan pelacakan hutang (pemantauan keterlambatan pembayaran dan implementasi penanggulangan)
- Manajemen utang lainnya (pembayaran di muka, pembayaran sementara)
- Bertanggung jawab atas perhitungan dan aplikasi perpajakan dan pembayaran seperti PPh22, 23,26,42 sesuai dengan hukum
- Bertanggung jawab atas manajemen persediaan untuk tujuan akuntansi
- Merencanakan dan melakukan inventarisasi fisik secara berkala
- Memelihara sistem dan proses untuk memastikan akurasi dan ketepatan waktu persediaan.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree in majoring Accounting
・Having 2 years work experience in Japanese automotive/parts manufacturing company for taxation and Account payable
・Conversational English level
