Roles/Duties/ Responsibilities
Purpose of the Function:
Ø Promote Company product In the Indonesia market.
Ø Acquire perfect knowledge of existing and potential Customers
Ø Manage and develop new and existing clients relationship and business to secure the continued growth of company revenue with in the territory /allocated to the job holder
Main Responsibilities:
Ø Promote sales in Indonesia and specific sectors / Customers
Ø Build and maintain strong customer’s relationship with a high level of customer’s satisfaction.
Ø Maintain multilevel contacts with customer in packaging development, marketing, and purchase, engineering and general management.
Ø Establish an account plan for each customer
Ø Frequent customer visit at existing and potential company customers
Ø Provide quotations and technical/commercial product information to customers
Ø Look after the sales budget for company in Indonesia
Ø Controls debtors and quality complaints
Ø Maintain professional relationship with company group employees, companies, agents and intermediaries
Ø Negotiate a price with customers and Company
Ø Analyze market trends and competitors information
Ø Provide weekly/ monthly reports to Sales and Marketing Manager and Presdir.
Ø Other tasks as identified by the manager to enhance the company sales strategy
Ø Supervise sales members including sales administration members as instructed by marketing manager in the management of sales team under his instructions.
