Work details
- Provide input in preparing sales programs and marketing activities to support the achievement of sales targets.
- Requesting orders and estimated orders from customers as well as providing price quotations and presentation to potential customers.
- Coordinate with Finance Section in terms of controlling payment of overdue receivables (TOP) customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Make regular visits to customers and prospecting visits to increase customers and increase turnover according to set targets.
- Follow up on the provision of samples and offers of new products until an order occurs.
- Maintain stock conditions and product visibility (display/visibility) by widening the number shelving in stores/outlets based on dominant and prominent display layouts.
- Realizing promotional programs and evaluating the effectiveness of promotions for each customer.
- Periodically inform / survey prices of similar competitor products for analysis materials price.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

- Memberikan masukan dalam menyusun program penjualan dan kegiatan pemasaran untuk mendukung pencapaian target penjualan.
- Meminta pesanan dan estimasi pesanan dari pelanggan serta memberikan penawaran harga dan presentasi kepada calon pelanggan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Bagian Keuangan dalam hal pengendalian pembayaran piutang yang telah jatuh tempo (TOP) kepada pelanggan.
- Menangani dan menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan.
- Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke pelanggan dan kunjungan prospecting untuk menambah pelanggan dan meningkatkan omset sesuai target yang ditetapkan.
- Menindaklanjuti pemberian sampel dan penawaran produk baru hingga terjadi order.
- Menjaga kondisi stok dan visibilitas produk (display/visibility) dengan memperlebar jumlah rak di toko/outlet berdasarkan tata letak display yang dominan dan menonjol.
- Merealisasikan program promosi dan mengevaluasi efektivitas promosi untuk setiap pelanggan.
- Menginformasikan / survey harga produk kompetitor sejenis secara berkala untuk bahan analisa harga.
- Tugas-tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskan.
・Minimum Diploma's degree from any major.
・3 years of experience as Sales Marketing handling Building Material in Manufacturing company.
・Business English proficiency.
・Willing to visiting customers directly from home in whole West Java area.
