Work details
- Manage employee training and development, onboarding
- Responsible to HR administrative activity (attendance, overtime, annual leave, etc)
- Handle Expatriate documents
- Managing jamsostek, K3, BPJS, and Commercial insurance
- Handle agreement and monitoring outsourcing employee
- Handle industrial relation
- Other tasks as assigned

- Mengelola pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, orientasi
- Bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas administrasi SDM (kehadiran, lembur, cuti tahunan, dll)
- Menangani dokumen-dokumen ekspatriat
- Mengelola jamsostek, K3, BPJS, dan asuransi komersial
- Menangani perjanjian dan pemantauan karyawan outsourcing
- Menangani hubungan industrial
- Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan
・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related major
・Min 2-3 years experience as Supervisor in Warehousing
・Fluent in English (Business level)
