- Support proactively in division business process activities.
- Strengthen and build a good relationship with internal stakeholder and external stakeholder, including expanding new opportunity in retail business investment / trading.
- Proactively explore, build and expand new business opportunities such as designing strategic planning and development of food and retail company businesses projects.
- Other tasks as assigned

- Mendukung secara proaktif dalam kegiatan proses bisnis divisi.
- Memperkuat dan membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan pemangku kepentingan eksternal, termasuk memperluas peluang baru dalam bisnis ritel investasi/perdagangan.
- Secara proaktif menggali, membangun dan memperluas peluang bisnis baru seperti merancang perencanaan strategis dan pengembangan perusahaan makanan dan ritel proyek-proyek bisnis.

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from reputable university
• Min 2-3 years experienced as Business Development Assistant Manager / Manager in trading / investment business model.
• Passionate and have experience/knowledge in exploring opportunities and developing existing and/or new business in retail business.
• Basic understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
• Having knowledge in Merger & Acquisition process.
• Business level in English
• Problem-solving skills, self-driven and proven teamwork capability.

• Gelar Sarjana / Magister dari universitas terkemuka
• Berpengalaman min 2-3 tahun sebagai Asisten Manajer / Manajer Pengembangan Bisnis dalam model bisnis perdagangan / investasi.
• Memiliki passion dan pengalaman/pengetahuan dalam mengeksplorasi peluang dan mengembangkan bisnis yang sudah ada dan/atau bisnis baru di bidang ritel.
• Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai laporan keuangan (neraca, laporan laba rugi, laporan arus kas).
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang proses Merger & Akuisisi.
• Tingkat bisnis dalam bahasa Inggris
• Memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah, mandiri dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
