Work details
• Manage and perform all daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly operations related to finance,
accounting and tax matters and report to the director and/or president director.
• Prepare and manage all payment transactions such as receiving and classifying invoices,
applying payment request to directors, confirming receipts or evidences of payments,
transferring money through bank transfer or cash, managing petty cash.
• Prepare, monitor, analyze and evaluate accounting data and produce financial reports or
statements such as journal entry, general ledger and financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit
and Loss Statement, Statement of Cash Flow and Statement of Changes in Equity).
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Prepare and manage all necessary monthly and yearly tax filing including WHT 21, 22, 23, 4(2),
26, 25/29, VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing documents and personal income tax for
all staffs including expatriates with supports by the tax advisor
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles and incorporate them
into Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), which include financial accounting, cost accounting,
tax filling, order receiving.
• Introduce and improve accounting systems and procedures and improve them time-to-time. (we
currently use McFrame and may use SAP in future).
• Responsible for tax audit
• Cooperate with administration manager to calculate salary including overtime for all local staffs
and prepare payroll for all staffs including expatriates.
• Cooperate with directors and/or administration manager to prepare an annual budget plan and
monthly expenditure reports.
• Lead and manage the process of closing Jakarta branch Liaison Office and deregistration of tax ID.
• Liaise with Group branch for transaction with companies in overseas
• Attend to ad-hoc requests from Business Development team
• Other related tasks as assigned
• Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting (or equivalent) from reputable university.
• At least 5 years of accounting manager experience
• Good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Tax Filing (preferably have Tax Brevet A&B)
• Possess high level integrity and ability to work under pressure.
• Critical, analytical and logical thinker.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and accounting software (Mcframe and
SAP)
• Fluency in English.
• Experienced in handling financial planning & budgeting, accounting control, cash flow
management and tax control.
• Knowledge about EPC projects and transfer price tax (preferred)
• Stable career (who will have a long career path in the next company)
