- 3PL Operations and management
- Design (SOP) and manage for logistic related work (Operation, cost calculation and quotation too)
- Reporting to User and communicate with members
- Other related tasks as assigned
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a 3PL company, logistics company, or warehouse operation.
-Ability to design logistics operations based on customer requirements, including cost calculations and quotation preparation.
-Able to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on the designed operations.
-Competent in supervising and managing day-to-day operations based on SOPs, analyzing performance, and improving productivity.
-Constantly evaluate and plan adequate staffing levels, ensuring timely workforce availability through staffing agencies or other means.
-Commitment to maintaining and improving 5S, environmental, safety, and quality standards at the facility.
-Manage Profit and Loss (PL) for each site and drive continuous improvement activities to achieve planned targets.
-Flexibility moving among several locations/warehouses to manage operations.
-Proficiency in searching for and selecting sales warehouses tailored to customer needs, along with the capability to negotiate with service providers.
