Work details
- Handle quality, productivity, safety, and hygiene in the factory
- Control production schedule and evaluate the efficiency & production result
- Manage warehouse
- Plan, monitor, coach, counsel, mentor and evaluate subordinates
- Do Kaizen for SOP and make sure of it's effectiveness
- Maintain an conducive and efficient work environment, including doing maintenance for machines and tools
- Other responsibilities as needed
・Minimum 5 years experience as Production Supervisor in Steel Manufacturing company
・Minimum 10 years overall experience in Steel Manufacturing company
・Understands production flow and process
・Mastered Technical Drawings (making and reading)
・Knows how to make SOP and work instructions
・Good communication skills
・Strong leadership skills
