Work details
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting Production control system.
- Trouble shooting problems hardware, software, network.
- Provide the readiness of IT resource for end-users such as client computer, network, printer and so on.
- Contact vendors of software, hardware, datacenter and telecom products.
- Actively respond to incidents and requests.

- Memantau dan memelihara jaringan dan server.

- Menanggapi insiden dan permintaan secara aktif.
・Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
・Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco.
・Minimum 5 years in Infrastructure & IT administrator and IT Helpdesk support Skills/Competency
・Experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
・Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices and security management skills.
