Work details
- Handle paperwork for administration and EXIM documents.
- Keep up-to-date with government changes in EXIM rules and permits.
- Understand how payments are made and the systems used in exporting and importing goods.
- Help the export-import department, including preparation, processing, and licensing.
- Monitor shipments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Other tasks as assigned

・Experienced for minimum 1 year as Export-Import Admin
・Able to speak Japanese, Certified Minimum JLPT N3
・Understands Export-Import Administration work
・Detailed, honest, hard worker, and team player/able to work in team
