Work details
-Explain and Promote product information to customers.
-Perform market research and analyze purchasing needs/after sales customer needs.
-Research and analyze for competitor’s trend of technology for new and after sales business.
-Formulate marketing strategy to achieve order target of the company.
-Develop positive relationships with customers.
-Assist in the preparation & implementation of annual sales forecast.
-Coordinate with affiliates within group
-Monitor/coordinate/report project status and delivered products status.
-Assist clients for any failures arise after products and services has been installed during and after the warranty period.
-Report activities and feedback any claim or suggestion by customer to superior.
-Action for any assignments by superior.
- Review customers’ inquiries written in English and Bahasa.
- Coordinate with related departments in the company and affiliate companies in Indonesia (Internal Stakeholders).
- Consolidate cost estimates and prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Attend meetings with Internal Stakeholders as well as customers, and take on a supportive role to ensure smooth communications made in Bahasa, English and Japanese.
- Draft up commercial correspondences, including e-mails and letters, attention to Internal Stakeholders and customers.
- Prepare meeting minutes.
- Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders and secure arrangements of VISA, hotel bookings, and transportation for visitors to and from Indonesia.
- Translate and summarize documents written in Bahasa.
- Other tasks as assigned
•Bachelor or higher degree from reputable university.
•Minimum 3 years working experience (knowledge of energy sector is plus).
•Japanese communication skill is plus.
•Fluency in English (Business level).
•Knowledge of International Commercial terms.
•Knowledge of local laws and regulations is plus.
