Work details
- Handling problem at clients apartment, complaints and requests
- Customers support & Japanese speaker (Japanese Translator)
- Arrange schedule with technician, property agent and clients
- Make daily, monthly and yearly reports
- Make listing of clients date, check documents, collaborate with marketing team, and become a consultant for clients
- Other responsibilities as needed

- Dukungan pelanggan & penerjemah bahasa Jepang (penerjemah bahasa Jepang)
- Mengatur jadwal dengan teknisi, agen properti dan klien
- Membuat laporan harian, bulanan dan tahunan
- Membuat daftar tanggal klien, memeriksa dokumen, berkolaborasi dengan tim pemasaran, dan menjadi konsultan untuk klien
- Tanggung jawab lainnya sesuai kebutuhan
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational to Business Japanese and Conversational English proficiency.
・1 year of experience from Admin or Customer Service division from industry related to Property / Real Estate.
・Willing to travel daily.
