Head of Product Management

- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, set clear goals, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluation
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, as well suggestions from sales and manufacturing teams
- Coordinate with RnD, design, engineering, manufacturing teams to streamline the process
- Work closely with testing team to address any issues and iterate on design accordingly

・Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering/Architecture/Product Design or related field
・Proven experience in managerial position as product development min.5 years
・Familiar with manufacturing process, industry standards, and regulations
・In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end product development process
・Business level English
