<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise operations for mechanical and electrical in production
- Create maintenance and training plan
- Monitor the implementation of strategic plan
- In charge of digital transformation and program
- Troubleshoot and repair machines
- Coordinate with external parties as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
・High Conversational level of English (coordinate with expatriates)
・Min. 3 years as Supervisor level of experience in mechanical-electrical (min has 10 subordinates at least), maintenance related role, experienced in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & repair production machine and utility support machine
・Experienced in Mechanical & Electrical Drawing, Temperature Sensor & Control, PLC, Pneumatic and Welding, good understanding in QMS ISO 9001; EMS ISO 14001 & SMK3
・Hard working, good leadership & decision making skill, good interpersonal skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own BNSP certification
