Work details
- Build and improve a good process for collection with the operation team and product team
- Keep company assets and increase the number of good repayment
- Collect installments from our customers (desk collection) and lead the team to visit customer houses to collect installments and a car (field collection).
- Monitor and analyze collection trends, identify root causes of delinquency, and recommend process improvements to minimize future losses
- Collaborate with other departments, such as credit, finance, and legal, to resolve customer disputes and disputes with external partners
- Manage the collection team's workload, including assigning tasks, prioritizing work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Responsible to build and develop the collection team as a section leader
・Minimum of 3 years of experience (B2C) in managing field collection team, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams.
・Background in start-up loan company will be a plus point
・Strong vision of building new product, system and company infrastructure from scratch, including experience in working under target and pressure
・Strong commitment for the result and ownership, with sympathy for the company mission and value
・English is a must
・Strong knowledge of collections policies, procedures, and regulations, including access to external channel for collection support.
・Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
・Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
・Have SIM & Can drive car & motorcycle
・Have SPPI certification will be a plus point
