Work details
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements from technical side.
- Translate the customer requirement into Basic Design (P&ID, Equipment List, Valve List, etc.)
- Liaise with other related division to deliver and explain regarding information of basic design, equipment specification, delivery specification.
- Check that the quotation content and specifications made by the sales team align with the design and drawing.
- Necessary technical support when doing the Monitor progress of ongoing projects to prevent delivery delays.
- Become a sales team partner in dealing with complaints from customers (based on request)
- Join and or assist sales team for in meeting with customers as technical support (based on request).
- Create the Functional Specification (FS) documents, Systematic Design Process.
- Confirm the preparation & implementation of test run instrument.
- Create and archive the reports and manual procedures
- Use the technical insight possessed for internal needs required in the pre-project and ongoing project periods.
- Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
- Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.
- Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Min. bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar.
- 10 Years (minimum) Work Experience in machine manufacturing
- Must understand basic design for stainless steel equipment (pharmaceutical, F&B, cosmetics, chemical, etc.)
- English (conversation and writing level)
- Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, managing people, and problem-solving skills.
- A professional appearance.
- A valid driver’s license.
