<Job Responsibilities>
- Regularly export data and achievement status of region branch
- Output inventory report, non guaranteed sales report, office material distribution report
- Collation of office self purchased expenses, collation of material costs, material transfers and after sales material costs
- Output overdue write off reports from region branches
- Follow up and promote improvement
- Coordinate with cross functional team to attain an effective progress result
- Follow up on scrap submission and approval in various countries in the region
- Sale processing and follow up of defective parts in various branches
- Follow up sales losses, overdue transfer of goods to sales
- Safety inspection of parent warehouses, sub warehouses and network sub warehouses
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma Degree
・Business Mandarin proficiency with conversational English proficiency
・Min. 2 years as Operations, experienced in operating an area (managing operations report of inventory, materials, sales and other integral aspects)
・Meticulous, analytical, self motivated, positive
