IT Manager - Security

- Plan, design, deploy, and maintain IT systems, including hardware devices, software applications, cloud applications
- Ensure high performance, availability, disaster recovery, and scalability of IT systems.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Ms. 365)
- Oversee the administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Lead incident response efforts in case of security breaches or system failures.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external security experts and law enforcement agencies
- Manage IT team by recruiting, training and coaching the staff, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Liaise with management and various departments to understand their IT requirements and align projects with the overall business goals.
- Lead IT projects for design, plan, management and procurement, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth and secure operation of IT systems.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor vendor performance and enforce contractual obligations.

・Bachelor degree in IT and related major
・Having 5-10 years of working experience in IT infrastructure management, network design and administration, and security protocols
・Having a minimum of 3 years working as an IT Manager with team management and project management experience.
・Bussines English communication skills both verbal and nonverbal
・Strong grasp of Microsoft Active Directory and Entrap ID administration, Exchange Online, Azure, and Microsoft365/Office365. Practical knowledge of Windows Defender, Intune, and other Microsoft security applications is desirable.
・Strong leadership skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
