<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for entire accounting finance taxation tasks with external consulting company
<Job Responsibilities>
●Accounting tasks
・Handling accounting duties like AP AR GL
・Record daily accounting transactions accurately
・Response and processing to Audit
●Taxation tasks (Will be working with external consulting firm)
・Ensure all transactions comply with regulated tax law/procedures(Preparing accurate tax returns, including VAT and withholding tax, and ensure compliance with Indonesia tax regulations and filling requirements).
・Assists in tax audits and respond to tax-related inquires.
●Finance tasks (Will be working with external consulting firm)
・Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
・Bank reconciliation monthly
・Support manager and team and involve in day to day business operation process and contribute in improvement of the business process.
- Reporting & Horenso tasks
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Working experience for Accounting duties in Japanese company related to Manufacturing or Trading company for 2 years
・Understanding of Taxation
・Advance conversational up English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Tax Brevet AB
