Work details
・Making, coordinating and/or negotiating any regulations related to geothermal, biomass energy and any other energy-related industries.
・Liaising with government or local community.
・Making, revising or negotiating NDAs, MOUs, sale and purchase agreements, PPA, EPC, SHA, JDA, Project financing agreements.
・More than 10 years of legal experience in principally power and renewables (energy sectors).
・Hold LLB or equivalent legal qualification
・Business level English skills
・Making, coordinating, and negotiating any regulations related to geothermal, biomass energy, and any other energy-related industries.
・Used to liaising with the government or local community.
・Used to making, revising, or negotiating NDAs, MOUs, sale and purchase agreements, PPA, EPC, SHA, JDA, and Project financing agreements.
・Having broad connections among the renewable energy industry, both governmental and private sector
