Business Analyst - IT Consulting

<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct thorough interviews with users to understand their business operations and create comprehensive business process lists.
- Develop detailed task breakdowns and business flowcharts based on the compiled business process lists.
- Identify underlying issues in business processes through user interviews.
- Analyze the root causes of identified business problems and propose appropriate solutions.
- Evaluate user requirements critically, considering both user needs and project conditions, to develop and negotiate solutions with clients.
- Design user interfaces that account for the specific characteristics of user operations and the development platform.
- Organize inputs and outputs to ensure consistent and coherent data design.
- Apply knowledge of databases to design appropriate tables based on requirements.
- Develop comprehensive unit test designs based on the reviewed screen designs.
- Create exhaustive System Integration Testing (SIT) test designs based on user operations.
- Other task as assigned

・Experience in web application development, with a background as a programmer.
・Proficiency in English
