Business Development - Education

<Job Responsibilities>
- Participate in business expansion
-Assist in formulating sales plans, and participate in implementation and effectiveness evaluation
-Assist superiors in identifying and evaluating potential channel partners in Indonesia regions, including but not limited to education field.
-Participate in the development and implementation of channel expansion strategies, including selecting target channels,prioritizing, designing cooperation models, and attracting and negotiating potential partners
-Engage and communicate with potential channel partners
-Assist in establishing cooperative relationships by providing brand knowledge, market analysis, and sales strategies
-Assist in monitoring the channel strategy and market dynamics of competitors
-Adjust one's own business development strategy in a timely manner
-Represent company to attend relevant seminars/conferences
-Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum Bachelor degree
・Business Level English proficiency
・Minimum 4 years of experience as BD in education industry, experienced in developing channels and partners within the industry
・Having good communication skills, various negotiation skills, keen market insight, strong adaptability, and ability to work under minimum supervision.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Business level Mandarin proficiency
