Work details
- Handle paperwork for administration and import-export documents
- Stay updated with government changes in import-export rules
- Understand payment procedures and assist in processing shipments
- Help the Import-Export Department in various tasks, including preparation, processing, and licensing
- Monitor shipments to ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform other assigned duties
- Min. bachelor's degree in Japanese studies
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling import-export administration matters
- Knowledgeable about import-export procedures, documents, and regulations
- Proficient in at least high conversational Japanese (JLPT N3) and English, with experience corresponding with external parties in business settings
- Detail-oriented, honest, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a team
