Factory Engineer Mandarin Speaker - Electronics (Open for Fresh Graduate)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Formulate relevant test plans, coordinate internal and external resources according to test tasks, making sure of the test progress, release test report
- Confirmation of test problem, preliminary failure analysis, risk assessment, internal and external feedback
- Do problem solving that might occur
- Responsible for the construction of the test environment and improvement of test methods
- Write relevant test work, training and assessment of experimenters
- Measure traceability of test equipment and formulation of operating instructions
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fresh Graduates are welcome
・Min diploma degree in Engineering
・High Conversational Mandarin proficiency and Conversational English proficiency
・Good communication, proactive, focused, committed and responsible

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Working experience as Engineer in a factory
