<Job Responsibilities>
- Finance, Accounting, Tax operations
- Daily management of finance, treasury, payment, fixed asset, expenses, and other related
- Preparation of periodic financial reporting to the management and HQ and preparation of periodic compliance reporting to regulatory authorities
- Prepare tax filing, including VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25 & PPh 29 etc. as applicable, and formulate & optimize tax planning
- Handle monthly payroll process and HR matters
- Coordinate with annual audit and tax audit when applicable, communicate with public accounts, tax consultants, banks, etc.
- Other responsibility as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma Degree in Accounting
・Business English proficiency (able to speak about technical matters to foreign HO)
・Min. 8 years of experience in Accounting, Tax and Finance (handling all aspect including or excluding cooperating with consultants), experienced in reporting tax to government, communicating with banks, doing audit with minimum support or alone
・Able to use Accounting system
・Good understanding of Logistics industry
・Smart, good work ethics, good interpersonal skill, able to work alone
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in multinational logistic company
