- Create business proposals for new business opportunities
- Responsible for effective on-boarding of New Customers
- Able to hunt & approach both air freight business and ocean freight business
- Responsible for finding the right target customers in the industry the company is focused on
- Provide up-to-date information related to customer activities
- Able to understand customer needs regarding logistics, as well as sell the right solution and demonstrate value to customers
- Provide high standards of customer service consistently and continuously
- Organize and record financial transactions to minimize the possibility of outstanding payments
- Other tasks as assigned
