General Manager Production - Furniture (Central Java)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the manufacturing element of the organization ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, service and profitability for the organization.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the manufacturing of organization and team
- Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification
- Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing organization
- Utilise agreed systems to manage the organization’s functions, analysis and documenting
- Support to all other departments in matters related to manufacturing, e.g. procurement of materials
- Reporting to Executive Director regularly
- Other task as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from well known university
・Conversational English Proficiency (communicate with customer abroad some times)
・Min. 3 years experience as Production Senior Manager in Wooden furniture Manufacturing company which has export business.
・Good leadership skill, Smart, good management skill, good coordination skill
