QA/QC Manager - Construction

・Management and QA/QC Planning work
・Implement the QA/QC management system at site
・Coordinate with the customers representative on quality matters
・Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
・Reviewing quality management specifications and technical something documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
・Manage and supervise the company's QA as a guideline for the quality of the company's workers.
・Create welding procedures
・Checking civil engineer's quality, how to work. ex.) Welding method, how to build and so on.
・Can create and or understand ISO/OHSAS
・Discuss with clients about work procedures in the field.
・Understand radio test for welding work.
・Management of staff at each site 'subordinate
・Business Trip
・Other related tasks as assigned

・QC Manager experience in power plant construction/turbine or boiler manufacture
*Assistant Manager OK if sufficient experience
・Person who has experience of QC planning and meeting with client
・More than conversational level English
・Experience handling numerous subordinates and/or coordinating between different departments simultaneously
