<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of issues including corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Manage legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel as necessary
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments that may impact the company
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Law
・Business Mandarin Proficiency (for legal matters)
・Min. 2 years as Legal for Corporate setting with valid PERADI license
・Good understanding of Indonesian law and regulation
・Willing to do business trip if needed
・Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, good management skill and communication skill
