Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager - Warehousing

- Manage the operations of warehouses to ensure efficient and effective storage and distribution of goods
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet operational targets
- Report on warehouse performance metrics and communicate regularly with customers to address any concerns or inquiries
- Consult with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor warehouse solutions accordingly
- Provide regular reports to superiors on warehouse activities
- Implement safety and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate operational risks
- Lead improvement activities to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Other related tasks as assigned

- Min. diploma degree in any major
- Proficient in business-level English
- Min. of 3 years of experience handling Warehouse Operations in Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics companies, with a current position as a Senior Staff member
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Willingness to be placed at a Distribution Center in Tangerang when needed
