Work details
-Make appropriate orders based on sales forecasts.
-Each task will be carried out through the following process
① Handling inquiries from stores
② Stock replenishment at stores
③ Controlling inventory at the Distribution Center
④ Ordering from overseas and domestic suppliers
-Communication with the Japanese headquarters, local Japanese employees, business partners, and local employees will primarily be in English.
-Other related tasks as assigned
- University graduate (Bachelor) or above
- More than 3 years of work experience as Delivery and Inventory controller
- Have experience of delivery administration
- Experience using Excel formulas in work (VBA experience if any)
- Business level English skills
- Experience in companies with similar products is big plus
- Experience in stocking products in stores and placing orders with manufacturers (outbound merchandiser/inbound merchandiser)
