Work details
- Executing the mid to long-term strategic plan for the supply chain infrastructure in Indonesia
- To establish a new Supply Chain function (people, process, and system for
go-live/commercialisation)
- To oversee the successful onboarding of new 3PL and freight forwarders
- To collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with
industry regulations and company policies
- Develop, coach and lead a dynamic team while setting up target operating model
- Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain function between Indonesia and APAC SCM
- Facilitate communication, alignment, and collaboration across both regions and cross-functions.
- Lead a team of people managing supply chain functions inventory planning, order fulfilment, logistics and distribution.
- System and Master Data Governance: SAP SD and MM
- Manage financial & operational responsibilities related to supply chain
performance (Quality, Cost and Delivery)
- Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure product quality and safety.
- Seek improvements to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer
satisfaction.
- Collaboration with the Commercial and IBP Team (Integrated Business Planning)
- Work closely with cross-functional team to align supply chain strategies with
business objectives.
- Collaborate on demand forecasting and replenishment planning (inventory
management) to ensure availability for Channel Partners.
- Execute purchasing activities to ensure efficient supplies for Channel Partners.
- Hands-on execution of order-to-cash process.
- Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests from internal and external parties.
- Act as the control tower between Commercial Team, Supply Chain and Channel Partners.
- Oversee logistics operations with freight forwarders for inbound shipments and outbound last mile fulfilment.
- Manager 3PL performance for warehousing & distribution.
- Address and promptly resolve daily operational issues for frictionless execution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor import processes to ensure they meet efficiency and compliance
standards.
- Stay informed about changes
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes for accurate import/export
documentation.
・Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management from a Medical Tech background.
・Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems (SAP is a plus.)
Strong leadership and team management skills.
・Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
・Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
