<Job Responsibilities>
- The main tasks are handling customer inquiries, communicating solutions to customers, producing forms and documents, interfacing with internal colleagues
- Handle customer maintenance, quotations, and exceptions.
- Responsible for daily follow up operation, cost application, customs clearance, delivery and receipt, bill confirmation and collection, data filing, etc.
- Consultation on export and import business, SOP process optimization, complete the work with the port of departure/destination.
- Assist the superior to complete other jobs.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fresh Graduates are Welcome
・Min. High School Graduate
・High conversational Mandarin proficiency and at least basic English
・Conscientious, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, high efficiency to carry pressure, strong service consciousness service skills and certain social activity ability.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience din operation, customer service, know the process of Indonesia import customs clearance and policy.
・Have HSK level 4 certificate
・Working experience in a Chinese company
