Work details
- Check requests from the design division and order/purchase items
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Prepare quotations
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and related parties, including the Japan head office
- Inspect delivered items to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Min. bachelor's degree in any major
- Proficient in business-level Japanese (min. JLPT N3)
- Min. 3 years of Purchasing experience
- Proficient in conversational level English
