Finance Accounting Assistant Manager - Manufacture

- Plan and organize the Finance Accounting Tax members to achieve monthly and yearly closing deadline (5 Working days Prepare the Final Financial Statements)
- Strengthen accounting Entry accuracy, strengthen accounting reporting refer to Indonesia Accounting Standard (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
- Prepare monthly reports to Japan HQ, Quarterly Report to Japan HQ & Management, and create monthly Management report 
- Organize and analyze monthly and yearly the Profit and Loss (PL) variance analysis
- Coordinate to support Data, Documents and Explanation to Internal & External Auditors (Tax, Custom, auditors, SOX, etc.)
- Cash Flow Management & Budgeting
- Risk Management & Credit Management including credit limit
- Capital Management (AR/AP and Inventory Control) 
- Propose Tax Planning to company for the improvement related to New Regulation and existing regulation
- Coordinate with Tax Consultant and other Sections to provide all data and related information in making Transfer Pricing Documentation
- Coordinate the settlement of taxation related disputes with tax consultant, tax officer and Internal requirements
- Maintain company's taxes compliance with updated Indonesian taxation regulation
- Prepare all taxation related reconciliation's including VAT reconciliation's 
- Other responsibilities as needed

・Bachelor's degree in accounting
・Business level in English
・5 years of experience as finance, accounting and tax assistant manager in manufacturing industry especially automotive
・7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax function
・Able to use accounting system
・Good leadership, communication, and work ethic, intelligent
