Project Management Staff - Interior Design & Construction

- Prepare Scale of Work documents for the projects, which include Bill of Quantities and Plan of Work (POW) documents
- Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines
- Communicate with Project Managers, Architects, and Subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved
- Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports
- Conduct kick-off meetings with partners
- Other related tasks as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering
- Min. high conversational proficiency in English
- Min. 2 years of working experience as a Project Management Staff handling sites such as: Interior Design & Construction, Interior Fit-Out, and Custom Furniture Design
- Knowledgeable about safety and regulatory standards
- Flexible to work in different shifts
- Proficient in reading and operating drawing software and Microsoft Office
