Work details
- Prepare and process import documents (invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations).
- Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Use INSW, INATRAD, SINAS, and SUCOFINDO systems.
- Maintain and update records.
- Create and manage Pro Forma Invoices (PIs).
- Generate and submit monthly import/export reports.
- Stay updated on regulations and ensure compliance.
- Apply and verify HS Codes.
- Resolve issues related to shipments and documentation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
・At least a high school degree, (D3-S1 preferably)
・High conversational level of English
・Min. 4 years experience in similar position from any industry
・Keep updated with import regulation
・Honest and diligent, fast learning and adaptable
・Willing to work in a team
