<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand and analyze user requirements, identify key operational points, and propose effective solutions.
- Translate user needs into functional specifications and accurately estimate the required effort.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules for system requirements, design, development, and testing.
- Monitor project progress, communicate status updates clearly, and manage project timelines to avoid delays.
- Manage and clarify project scope with customers, including handling additional requirements outside the initial scope.
- Control project costs, explain variances, and adjust scope or costs as needed.
- Resolve issues promptly, assess project impacts, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Communicate effectively with customers and vendors, build strong relationships, and lead project efforts.
- Review project documentation, identify potential quality risks, and promote improvement measures.
- Address potential project problems early and take preventive actions.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・English (Business level proficiency)
・Experience as Programmer in web application development (SQL) for a minimum 3 years.
・Experience as Business analyst or project manager in IT solution company
・Skills in project management especially schedule management (Deadline management), including cost & budget control, requirements, risk, and communication management.
・Strong communication skills with client management (Especially when client requests additional work, must to check agreement and make proposal with business fairness).
・Ability to identify issues in team development and promote growth strategies.
